Frequently asked questions
Why is the text in my selfie backwards?
Front cameras usually preview a mirrored image, and some apps save it that way. A horizontal flip restores the real orientation so text reads correctly.
What is the difference between flipping and rotating?
Rotating turns the whole image around its center in 90° steps; flipping mirrors it across an axis. This tool does both, so you can combine them.
Does flipping lose quality?
No — mirroring just reorders pixels. JPGs are re-saved at high quality, which is imperceptible; PNG output is lossless.
Is my photo uploaded?
